2020 Sales Tax Changes

This is a round up of Jan 1 2020 up coming sales tax changes.
 
Nebraska
The following changes to local sales and use tax rates are effective on April 1, 2020:

•  Clatonia will start a new 0.5% city sales and use tax rate.
•  Shelby will start a new 1.5% city sales and use tax rate.
•  Clarks will increase its city sales and use tax rate from 1% to 1.5%.
•  Friend will increase its city sales and use tax rate from 1% to 1.5%.
